The Builder is a digital media platform dedicated to identifying, documenting, promoting and connecting entrepreneurs, startups, professionals, innovators, creatives, community changemakers and Nigerians in the diaspora who make meaningful contributions across their industries and communities.

The Australia edition of The Builder is published by TechPro Consulting Pty Ltd, located at Suite 304A, Level 3, 167–169 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.

In these Terms and Conditions, "The Builder", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the publisher and the platform, while "you" refers to visitors, contributors, interviewees, advertisers and other users of the website.
